The Chromium Projects web site warns that it is a concept UI under development and that designs are subject to change.
It goes on explaining the features that they are exploring, including:
- Touch capability for navigating and interacting with the device
- Zooming in and out
- Text input via a virtual keyboard, as you can see below:
